FAQS

Do you Offer or Sell Fan or Lighting Fixtures?

We do not sell fan or lighting products. We are an installation service only. You must have your fans or lights purchased and on site when we come out to install for you.

Can you do any electrical work?

We can not perform any electrical services on your property. you must have a licensed electrician run all wiring for switches and provide power to the new fixture. We only provide the installation services. You will not need this if you are simply replacing with an upgraded fan or light.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a minimum charge listed on our pricing page. This charge covers our scheduling and transportation costs. This initial fee does include one (1) fan or light installation.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please make sure your fan or light fixture is on-site and ready to install, and that the area is clear for safe ladder access. An Adult 18 or older with authority to make decisions must be present through the entire installation. Pets should be secured and away from working area. That’s it - we’ll take care of the rest.

What Does Installation Include?

  • Unpacking and inspection of new product to verify product it’s in good condition. 

  • Takedown of existing ceiling fan (up to installation height purchased) and haul away (if desired by customer). 

  • Assembly of new fan and fan light kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 

  • Installation and wiring of new unit to existing electrical. 

  • Installation of downrod extension (if applicable). 

  • Balancing of fan blades. 

  • Test to ensure proper operation. 

  • Cleanup of jobsite. 

    Services That May Incur an Additional Charge.

  • Installation when ceiling height is greater than 15 feet.

  • Permit fee (if applicable).

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes - we stand by our workmanship with a lifetime warranty on installation. If anything related to the install ever becomes loose or misaligned, we’ll fix it at no charge.

Please note: This warranty does not cover the fan or light fixture itself if it becomes defective or fails due to manufacturer or electrical issues.

My Fan also has a light in it. Do you charge for both?

No, If your Fan has a light included we only charge for the Fan Installation. If you would like the light to be controlled by a switch on the wall, this must be the way your current Fan/Light combo is installed or you will need a licensed electrician to add a wall switch for the Light.
